Diet, Over-exercising , Underfueling, Itchy Hair and Hairloss/Thinning hair

No relatives or family members with Male pattern baldness (androgenic alopecia)
March 2021 I started dieting and exercising due to being overweight and suffering reflux.
March 2021 my weight was 200Lb pounds
March 2021 I started with intermittent fasting diet, that became a keto diet and ended in a low animal protein crash diet.
July 2021 My weight was 175Lb pounds
July 2021 I started suffering hair loss/thinning hair, stinky hair after bathing and itchy scalp for the first time in my life.
August 2021 Due to inadeuaque nutrition , underfueling and hitting the gym too hard i stopped everything.
September 2021 I went to a dietitian who helped me regulate my diet and inadeuaque nutrition.
September 2021 I went to a dermatologist who prescribed me selsum blue Selenium sulfide 1%, ketoconazole 1%, clobetasol .05% and proteoglycans.
October 2021 1 month later im still suffering hair loss/thinning hair and itchy scalp, 4 months suffering hair loss, 30% hair gone. Will my hair grow back?
I am patient but I am somewhat concerned, but not concerned enough to use natural remedies , minoxidil or finasteride.
