I had a 5700 hair (not graft #) transplant 10 days ago. I’m a Norwood 3. Little prickly hairs are growing, but from what I can see the density is not what I expected. I don’t think I have shed any yet. At this stage should all of the hairs be visible, or will a number of them reveal themselves later.
I guess more generally, can you see all of your hairs right after a transplant, and is this the number of hairs I can expect after they fall out and regrow, or will there be more?
Any info is appreciated!
