Looking To Heal My Bald Head

Hello! 36 year old guy here and I have been shaving my head now with a rotary shavers for about five years now as I started going bald. Being of a mixed race (black and white), I have several which looks like blemishes across the top of my head that are small spots with a darker pigmentation than my own skin. I assume they are sun spots or something similar. Are there any products or skin care tips that can help the top of my head get back to the same color as my skin and to get rid of the blemishes?
