Not been around for a while, are the big 3 still most effective treatment?

Hi I’ve not really used any hair loss products since my HT in 2017, my crown is slightly thinning so wanted to start a regime again.

I was going to use minoxidil foam, fin and nizoral again like I used to.

Has there been any better treatments that have become available that I should try?

I’ve found a UK company who produces RU58441 and minoxidil mix. Should I give this a go or just stick to the standard big 3?

i used minoxidil foam, it really didn't work for me! squid game 2
