Deciding where to perform hair transplant

Hello,
I am interested in hair transplant, and I have been looking for a place to do it for a couple of months,
I am interested to perform it in Turkey, but I haven't decided where exactly.

I understand that even if I go to one of the most popular doctors like "Dr. Koray Erdoğan", chances are that he may not perform the operation himself, his employees may do the whole operation, so what's the point paying one of the top doctors if he may not even touch my hair?

I really don't care if I pay more money, what matters to me is the quality of the operation.

What are the steps that I should take in order to be able to decide where to perform the operation?
