Help! 21 and losing my hair PICS

I am 21 years old and a college student. i have noticed my hair thinning about a year and a half ago. my brothers arent losing their hair and neither are my cousins. My father isn't bald nor are his brothers.. and my grandpa isn't either. My mothers father starting losing his hair but at an older age so im not sure why im losing mine. Its very depressing to notice thinning and realizing in a few years i I might not have a full head of hair. Growing up I always had a full head of hair and everyone would always comment on it. People that are close to me tell me to get over it, but there is no way i can live without hair on my head.

I went to a dr last year and was prescribed prepocia, took it for a few months but couldn't afford it(college student) I plan on working more and most likely will start taking it again.

I would like to know what other treatments there are? and the prices. I do plan on getting surgery when im out of school and have a salary. But want to be able to maintain whatever hair i can until then

Hard to tell from the pics, but consider also that you may just have a "maturing" hair line. I have plenty of guys that have hair loss like yours and it never gets beyond a bit of recession at the temples. I cant tell if you are losing in other places also.

Walmart has generic Finasteride for $10 for a 4 month supply if you quarter the pills. I'm planning on doing this once I get the prescription from my doc.

I would be optimistic. Try the generic fin trick as mentioned above. You still have tons of hair, so maintaining it would be great.
