Wow, that is a huge amount of grafts given the small area worked on. The result looks excellent, but seems like the number of hairs used is excessive. Was the patient firm on using so many grafts because he was sure no future loss would occur?

The grafts would have been transplanted to the forelock too. This patient has excellent donor hair.
