    Hard to tell with those pics. Higher resolution pics would help. Looks like you have retrograde alopecia in your donor area. Also looks like too a large an area to cover given your donor supply. I would say no. But I have seen a few clinics that have pulled off cases with advanced hair loss cases like yours (Eugenix in India).

    Depending on your expectations, if you do have hair restoration surgery, you'll likely not be satisfied with the results unless you have realistic expectations set. A surgeon who cares more about making money than helping a patient would take on your case. Make sure you find a good one. But if you do find a surgeon that would take on your case who truly cares to help you rather than to mill you out to make money and you are adamant that you want to pursue it, go with FUT first to maximize your donor supply. You're not going to have 90's Johnny Depp hair. You will likely need two procedures. This is likely going to take up at least 2 years of your life. Likely 4-5. Good luck man!
