Thinking about a transplant

I've already done the Propecia,did not seem to have any affect and from what I understand the Rogan will only help the back of the head. I have all but stopped loosing my hair. I'm 48 and have been living with this for at least 15 years. I think my next step ,if I can ever afford it,will be transplants.
