Please excuse my naive question but could you tell me why the man still has an empty crown?
Why wasn't hair put in there?
Was it the texture of the hair that required the rear of the crown to left alone ?

Supply v's demand.
Not possible to do it all APPROPRIATELY in one session without jeopardising the patients scar.
HT's have to be done in stages with appropriate LONG term planning especially on high NW levels like this one.
Thge patient plans to return in due course to address the crown but compared to where he was he is overjoyed!
