Since you’re 18 you should talk to your doctor about starting Propecia. It looks like you're starting to thin, but it’s not bad.

Thanks for all the advice. I went to the doctor and he said that I am still young and does not recommend putting me on meds. He just told me if it bothers me to try Rogaine first and than come back and see the results.

I started propecia at 23 and I think its helped-- its hard to say really as I dont know what it wouldve been like if there was a problem.

However (and Im certainly new at this and dont know much) but if the propecia works, then you could maybe do a small FUE transplant to restore the hairline.
