Suffering From Severe Hair Loss

Hey guys! I'm here to discuss my problem. I'm a professional designer and have to work late at night in order to design and manage outfits. At the start of my career, many of my elders warned me that spending sleepless nights may damage your hair but I didn't take them seriously. But for the past few months, when I was working on the renowned brand's MGSV Leather Jacket's design, I started to suffer hair loss. It was the most critical part of my project so I was tense. And all those tense sleepless work schedules affect my hair growth brutally and now I'm almost bald. Please share some tried and tested remedies with me so I can cope with this problem.
