Just another “Am I balding” post, Finasteride not working (M, 20)

I started losing hair mostly at the top of my head last June and have been on Finasteride since October. It really doesn’t seem to be doing anything though and I’m wondering if I should see about switching up to Dutasteride. I have also recently started Minoxidil 5% every other day as per my dermatologist’s recommendation (I’m a small guy).

However I recently feel like it’s possible my hairline has shifted. I can’t tell for sure, as I’ve always had a slight “widow’s peak” but there don’t seem to be as many “baby hairs” around as there used to be.
