Hair cloning, CRISPR/Cas and other miracle stuff aside: What are the most realistic hopes for our near future? This thread's near future definition: the next 10 years.

I suppose that the most realistic hopes are:
* Clascoterone (CB-03-01)
* Kintor KX-826 (pyrilutamide)
* Samumed SM04554

Anything else?

I do find OliX Pharmaceuticals interesting, but it is still preclinical...
