Dr Carman 2207 FU Grafts
41 YO male with Androgenic Alopecia predominantly affecting crown, FF and bilateral temples. He had a previous procedure done about 9 years ago which utilized a unusually low donor location which consequently led to a pronounced scar, up to 5 mm in width. We went in with the primary goal to remove/revise the donor scar, realizing this would give a lower yield since our primary concern was to improve the final scar appearance.
2207 total grafts. 564 ones; 1301 two’s, 342 three’s to reinforce hairline and FF and round bilateral temple recessions. About 300 FU's were placed into the crown to "tighten up" the diameter of the balding surface area.
