Does hair regrowth possible ?

Hi All,

Myself Venkat, I am loosing hair. Not bald yet but my scalp is seen at the center of the head. Attached the image.

My questions is, does hair regrowth possible at this condition with any kind of medication ? Or do I need to go for hair transplant ?
