Default Options for second hair transplant

I have had a consultation with the clinic that did my first transplant 7 months ago and they have said that they would now fill in the temples. They said they refused to do this originally as I was not on on finasteride and they were unsure how my hair loss would progress. I understand this now.

Should I go with the clinic that did my first transplant or somewhere else that may be cheaper? The positives with the first clinic is that it's close to home, they know my history and they did deliver a good result. They can also do it in a couple of months time so it's a quick turnaround. The negative is that they are very expensive (£7.50 a graft) but I can afford it and they have said they will give me some free grafts.

Should I also think about the crown or just leave it as it is? I am 7 months on finasteride so could even improve further.

    What are your opinions?

I have attached some photos of what my hair was like over a year ago, the current result and my crown.

In my opinion, don't do anything to that crown. It looks great already.
Your results look great so far btw.

Thanks. Yes the crown is not too bad. I think it could even thicken up a little bit more as only 7 months on finasteride.

I think the work is good so although expensive I am leaning towards going to the clinic that did my first transplant. How many grafts do you think it would take?
