Frontal thining goes on despite dutasteride, what shall I do ?

3.5 months on minoxidil (once a two day) 3 months on dutasteride (at the begining twice a week now 3x week) but as you see frontal thining goes on, I'm scared of losing my very frontal hair, what do you think how does it look like ? What should I do ? Should I hop on finasteride ? Should I use oral spironolactone ?

Keep at it. Early stages where you are at now may produce a shed. Then should stabilize your hair loss by the 6-12 month mark. Dutasteride is more potent than finasteride at blocking DHT. So no need to switch over to finasteride.

Also, looks like you started both dutasteride and minoxidil at the same time. I would stop minoxidil at this early stage since you have no results. Let dutasteride do its thing through 6-12 months. Once you know it has stabilized your hairloss, start minoxidil back up again for the regrowth effects. Otherwise, you won't know which treatment is working for you.
