Remove Old Hair Line?

Hi,

I had a transplant about 3-4 years ago. One awkward thing I've been dealing with is the transplanted hairline is above what is left of my natural hairline. I've been shaving my natural hairline down but sometimes it grows out a bit, also it is hard to always tell exactly where to stop shaving and I go too far.

I'd like to remove what is left of my natural hairline and just have the transplanted hairline. Is there a way to go about doing this?
