Carrier Solution for DIY Fin mix ?

Can anyone recommend a good carrier fluid for my home made fin mix, I have some pure fin powder, i just need to know what fluid I should mix this with so it’s absorbed well into my scalp.

I have lots of hair so ideally something that doesn’t clump up or make my hair really greasy but at the sane time evaporates or dries after 30 mins would be best but obviously doesn’t evaporate too quickly whereby the fin doesn’t get a chance to be absorbed..

Could I for instance use a mixture of alcohol and baby oil ?

what do people think of my alcohol and baby oil mix or is there something better or designed for topical applications like this ?
