IAHRS Recommended Hair Transplant Surgeon
Dr. Lindsey UK patient hairline results at 8 years
In this short video, Wendy and I review a UK guy from back in 2012. He just sent an updated pic from this fall and still looks terrific. We get asked all the time if hair restoration is permanent....well, for MOST patients, hair restoration done correctly will last decades. There are always exceptions to the rule but for the vast majority of patients a well done hair restoration lasts and lasts and lasts.
EVERYTHING..skin, hair, muscles...you name it...starts to get thin in the 70s. So thicker hairs, transplanted or not....do get thinner with age. That said, in the last 30 days, we've worked with 5 guys in their mid 60s and one guy in his early 70s. All are planning on looking as good as they feel for the foreseable future.
