does the thick individual shedded hair grow back?
im going through a shedding period at the moment, particulary on my sides, ive been on propecia for exactly 1 year. But the hair i am shedding is very thick and good quality, im confused because, i thought the folicule and indeed the hair was supposed to shrink before shedding? I know that everybody sheds around 100 - 200 hairs per day due to hairs reaching the end of their cycle before growing back but i am shedding lots at the side.
Will these thick hairs grow back or for some bizzare reason, has the folicule decided to just think to itself, right ive had enough and just ejects the hair and then does not grow a new hair?

In some people Propecia might alter the life cycle of the hair for the first year or so until the body fully adjusts to the hormonal change taking place. Going through a shed is very common with this drug, so I would not worry too much about it.
