Please help: 21 thinning rapidly

Hi all,

First off, I would like to say this is a great forum/community.

My story:

I'm 21 & I've never worried about hair loss. Well I didnt until now. I noticed my hair really thinning in January. I went to see my doctor a few months later and he prescribed Propecia. I've been taking 1mg every other day (EOD). It's been 4.5 months and I havent noticed any improvements. It might have even gotten worse! My hair is still very very thin and I am still losing it. I've attached a few pictures.

Btw: My fathers bald but he didnt start balding until his 30's.. He's now bald though..

I DONT WANT TO LOSE ANY MORE HAIR. IM YOUNG AND NEED HELP..

Should I bump up to 1mg/Day as suggested by the manufacturer?

Is this what is known as diffuse thinning?

Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks
