33 year old with a class 4 hairloss, patient had better than average donor area with a medium texture hair. We did good a good amount of grafting, but did not want to get to aggresive and take more grafts due to the fact patient wants to wear his hair short in donor area and wanted to keep scarring minimal. He had 2,542 grafts, 16 month post-op pictures. Patient has also been on Propecia for the last 16 months.
