    I wash my hair infrequently, to say the least. Maybe thrice a week... sometimes more if I get some extra workouts in, but usually just the three times.*If your curls are feeling dry, try loading your hair with conditioner before you have wash hair with*Mila Rose hair care sulfate free shampoo and conditioner for curly hair with deep conditioner for transitioning hair*to be Curly Girl Method approved (i.e., free of silicones, sulfates, dyes and paraben)
