Thank you for all the comments, i am now considering a final touch-up in the center of the hairline and the sides (temple peaks). The density is good overall but i feel like my forehead is still a bit too big. Therefore i thought that maybe by giving a bit more of a V-shape to it an reinforcing the TP too with just a few hundred of grafts I could create some sort of illusion. These are my last and possibly final photos

I have to admit time goes fast. But hair seems to be resisting. These photos are taken after 21.5 ys of Finasteride (1/4 Proscar) 16 ys after my first transplant and 6 years after the touch up with long hair FUE.
