Recipient area bled for a minute after bumping my head, 2 days after transplant.Help

I had a hair transplant 2 days ago and bumped my head lightly leaving one of those toilets in a bus. It bled literally for less than a minute.I pressed my finger on the 2 points of impact to stem the flow and dabbed it lightly with a tissue. It's now all dry. Please see photos taken a few min after bump. Have I lost those grafts? Will it impact on the rest of the transplant area? I could not see any follicles/grafts on the tissue or my fingers. Please help. Nervous and anxious.
