1.5 month Fin / 3 month dutasteride (Diffuse)

I have diffuse, and I noticed it 6 months ago
I used 1/5 finasteride for 1.5 months and quit and started dutasteride (I've been using it every day for 3 months)
    now I don't see a result
do I need to add anything to my treatment?

Dont expect antiandrogens to regrow hair on their own. They should be supplemented with a growth stimulant such as minoxidil to see regrowth. Antiandrogens will halt the hair loss if the issue is genetic/hormonal, but not regrow. Minoxidil will regrow but not treat the root of the problem

You can also start microneedling your scalp 1.5mm once a week and 0.5mm twice a week to see a good boost in progress.

You can also use a shampoo containing Ketoconazole.

    Also avoid eating dairy.

does the effect of minoxidil not pass over time and how should the minimum use be, for example, 3 per week

Once or twice per day minimum. If you use it you do have to use it forever yes.

An alternative for growth stimulant that is supposedly permanent is stemoxyidine, but there arent many studies and it is expensive

A natural growth stimulant supposedly is emu oil. The fatty acid profile of emu oil is nearly identical to human skin, so it penetrates all 7 dermal layers of the epidermis. It stimulates pge2 prostglandin production which is supposed to promote hair growth .
