What is considered normal hair loss?
Hi, just to introduce myself, I am 26 year old Asian.
So I was wondering the amount of hair loss that is deemed normal in the shower when shampooing your hair.
I regularly shampoo my hair on a daily basis and i noticed that my hair sheds a lot more on the days that I decide to massage my scalp more and I also shampoo my twice as it my hair looked and felt oily.
It is hard to judge the number of strands that fell out as I usually look at the clumps that are piled up on the drain..
I am actually afraid that I am suffering from hair loss right now. Furthermore, it is hard to judge if I am facing balding because I do not see signs of aggressive receding hairline.
