I use a standard non alcohol based solution.
Molecule is big enough to prevent absorption.

I’m thinking about adding this Tom regime once I go on TRT. I already take fin and RU without getting side effects so I figure a low dose of this should counter any spikes in DHT TRT causes

    Dutasteride mesotherapy looks quite promissing.

Do you think it is possible to do self-injections with mesogun or use topical dut along with dermaroller?

You can use a dermapen at 2mm and apply 2ml of 0.05% dutasteride, that is what mesotherapy is.

    Thanks!

I am a trying topical dut solution now:
    -7% minoxidil
    -1.5% horse placenta
    -0.1% dut
    -0.1% ocytocin

First application : two sprays on Satuday evening
Second application : two sprays on Sunday evening
It was direct application to the sclap. I didn't use dermaroller.

I already feel some sides effectss : diziness, nausea, fatigue and slight breast pain.
Nothing like strong headache, mental confusion, increase muscle strengh, sleep disorder and limp dick like I had with fin. I was able to sleep like a baby. No sexual side so far.
So I'll stop for the moment until things gets better and maybe try again with just one application.

I just wonder if this diziness is coming from dut or ocytocin. Why the hell a drug maker will add ocytocin to a hairloss solution?
That also mean that an API with molar mass higher than 500 g/mol can impact serum levels in some individuals.

    Update :
I got a little better. Given the half-life of dut I think sides are coming mainly for ocytocin.
    No sexual sides so far.

Topical dutasteride is now available for worldwide shipping from Dr Mwamba

You just need to email info@fueclinic.com for a free online consultation and they will send the prescription to the pharmacy and ship to you

Trischosol vechicle, compounded in Europe with pharma grade dutasteride.

    Default Topical dut

I want to try topical dut because I gain weight with fin and it makes my weight go up , you said topical dut doesn’t effect estrogen levels also I was wondering if I can ask my gp in Australia for a script and get it compounded here what do they need to compound it with ?

Just get it shipped to you, you can buy it here with no script: https://fueclinic.com/services/treat...l-dutasteride/

Just need to fill in a form and they check your details.

Estrogen goes up due to increased aromatization as Free T can not be converted in DHT with finasteride or oral dutasteride. Since Topical dutasteride has minuscule systemic absorption and your serum DHT remains almost the same that should not happen. I had zero sides from it.

What protocol do you use precisely?
Because finally there are two solutions of dutasteride topic.

The first for a daily skin application at 0.1% at Dr Mwamba with a transcutaneous transporter (trichosol)

The second is that composed by dutasteride 0.05% biotin pyrodine etc which is the one studied in mesotherapy in the recent study.

From what I understand the first is to be applied externally daily.

The second is to be coupled with homemade mesotherapy with a dermapen following the Follica protocol (0.8 to 1mm once every 15 days followed by application of the product)
