Default FUT transplant numbness and occipital nerve damage

I had a FUT transplant with an IAHRS doctor. He severed the occipital artery and damaged the occipital nerve also. The back of my head is numb. He never explained any of these risks. Did he screw up or is this to be expected? I'm considering legal action.

    Anybody had a similar experience
