Scratched head and grafts fell out
On day 4/5 I was half asleep scratching my head quite intensely until I was fully awake and realized what I was doing then stopped.
I quickly got up and checked and saw I scratched so much that my head and pillows were covered in broken off scabs with hairs everywhere, I never counted how many grafts but it looked like there were 100 grafts scattered around my pillows. It was a mix of all single, double and triple hairs as I could see some grafts were triples attached at the bottom and also some doubles too.
There was no bleeding on my scalp although it was sensitive and sore after.
Given I'm on day 4/5 and I pulled out all these grafts from itching my scalp is it likely I pulled out the follicles and ruined them? Or given I'm on day 4/5 and there was no blood is it possible I only scratched and pulled out the hair shafts and the follicles/grafts remained intact and will grow into new hairs? Although I read online that you don't always bleed if you lose follicles/grafts.
Here are a couple photos, the first photo shows a single and double graft and the second photo shows a double graft. The two doubles look like they have a long root with a bulk shape at the end so I'm worried I've removed the entire follicles. (Hopefully I've attached these correctly and you can see them).

It looks like the grafts fell out with roots. Although, I would recommend you to send these photos to your doctor to get clean information.
