Bad side effects from minoxidil bloated face and dark circles even after stopping

Hello i would like to hear some advice from you guys,

I used minoxidil for beard growth in and off for about three months but started noticing some major facial bloating and decided to stopping cold turkey, its been 4 months now since i have stopped taking it and i still have the bloated face and some dark circles i see some improvement but i am getting really nervous if its something permanent, this is causing some real stress and ansiety in my life i would like some tips. I have been taking some diuretic tea lately and doing exercise and puting some eye cream for the eyes.i am seeing some results but its too much time already without the stuff in my body i just want my old face back please if you could help me it would be awsome

I am 22 by the way which makes me a little more confident that these nasty side effects will go away
