Finasteride head pressure/pain

So I started finasteride .25 eod last week and so far I’ve noticed no adverse reaction except for a pressure or headache sitting behind my eyes. Also notice intermittent blurry vision here and there. The pressure makes it a bit difficult to focus and I also feel kind of ‘zoned out’ for lack of a better description.

Essentially, I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it could likely be temporary as my body gets used to the meds.
