Hey! I’m 26 and started to realize some balding on my crown about two years ago and started finasteride and It’s slowly hit my crown and then my hairline. Sometime Last year I decided to try minoxidil (%5) and it went great I pretty much grew all of my hair back ( front pic included below) but after about 4 months it it stopped and I stopped using it and just cut my hair pretty close. Being black I feel as if it’s less of an issue for a close hair cut. But lately it’s getting very thin and about 2 months ago I just went back on minoxidil to see if I could get ANY results and it did start to grow back well and I cut my hair once and missed about 4 days of treatment due to a beach trip and my supply being trashed accidentally by a friend and now minoxidil barely seems to be helping. Is there a way that it shocked the hair phases and I should wait a little? I’m open to any advice.
