Its a closed thread because its been open to complaints area but 6 months have gone by and admin isnt responding in the complaints section. Hardly anything grew. Refusal of a refund and touch up only and told why would i want to go to another dr who does not know my case,(have proof). So what else to do? But to show the result at 18 months

Sorry to see this. I remember following your progress. Clearly evident this did not succeed and you should be compensated or this should be rectified. Your complaint in the complaint section hasn’t been answered too? Trying to reach out to you on other site forum.

I am hoping you can get some resolution or proper touchup. It’s a bad feeling to go through this and a headache. Im in similar shoes in need of proper ethical repair. Really hope you can get resolution, best wishes

Yes this is unacceptable from an iahrs member.i don't want to write too much as Winston will close this thread. The original thread is in complaints section for the past 6 months. In a nut shell the clinic refuse to give a refund, well i think when its this poor growth the they should. They offered free touch up.. this doesnt need touching up. Touch up implies a bit of improvment to get to a good result. This requires alot more most probably via fut. No way would i go back there and it sickens me how he doesn't get held responsible or accountable for this.
