We’re excited to start seeing patients again.
And as we continue to slowly and carefully reopen, your safety and the safety of our talented medical staff will remain our priority.

This week, our staff has spoken with hundreds of patients by phone.

I know many of you have questions.

So let me take a moment to answer some of the most common questions we’re hearing from patients.

“I thought New Delhi had a reopening plan?

Yes, much of New Delhi, but some RED ZONE areas were excluded from the Phase One reopening plan.

But elective medical procedures – such as hair transplants – are allowed statewide, including in (covid19) Green & Orange zone area.

As we slowly reopen, we’ll vigilantly maintain a “COVID-Protected Facility”.

"Are all services and treatments available now at Dr. A’s Clinic?”

Not yet.

In May, we’re scheduling for transplants, PRP, and Tricopigmentation… but NOT follow-up appointments or in-office consultations.

“Why not follow-up appointments or in-office consultations?”

A-Because on any given day, we may see 15 patients, 20 patients, or more for those services.

And in an effort to maintain safe social distancing, we need to limit the number of patients in Dr. A’s Clinic.

“When will follow-up appointments and in-office consultations be available?”

We’re currently booking appointments for May, June, July, and beyond. And available spots are filling up quickly.
