Periods are your friend. They make sentences much easier to understand. Yes, clinics can cancel any part of a procedure while actually performing it if they deem it to be too risky, or questionable, if they feel it is not in the best interest of the patient. However, there is something to be said about pre-operative assessments as they are an integral part of the overall process. Better clinics can usually identify issues before they get to them (but not always). There is only one option, which is rarely taken, in cases of overharvesting. Place hair into the over harvested areas, but of course those hairs must be taken from somewhere so this becomes a potential second problem.

Ok thanks John for your replay I just wished that this clinic would of just said before operation and when they addressed my hair before handing over my money but going off my pictures does my donor area look overharvested or shock loss and my transplanted area also looks patchy and low density to and seems to be line of where my hair was and my new transplanted area is but I know Iím only 4 half month in but should I start to see signs of better healing back and front than this cheers for any advise
