Is my hair loss reversible???

Hi

I have been facing hair loss for the past four years!!
I consulted a doctor and he said it was MPB so i shaved my head and moved on
Since this quarantine time, I started growing my hair back and found that my temples have not receded much. Hence I am starting to suspect this is a traditional MPB.

Note: My hair used to be thick black in color, but now it has become brownish
