How long do I have?

I'm 23. My hairline has been pretty messed up for years. It has been basically unchanged for like 3-4 years. But it definitely isn't normal. Maybe it's getting a little thinner in the middle at the front but not sure. No one in either side of my family has ever been bald..maybe a slightly receded hairline at 50. My forehead has always been big. Should I be flying to turkey for a 3k transplant.

This is what it looks like after my most recent haircut. (haircut that I did myself so disregard the messed up lines)

My hair is also so wavy and does not go in any particular direction. So the sides have always looked like that. Especially when it's long. I feel like it got like this after I lost 70 lbs and then just stayed the same. I lost the weight basically by starving myself. The unhealthiest way possible.
