Initial Questions to ask Hair Doc?

So, after doing some research into specific hair transplant docs, specifically looking for several good reviews and checking hairlines on their own hair graft photos, I'd like to contact some of them with regards to getting some feedback in relation to my hairline photos.

Provided they can provide an initial online consultation using my photos, what questions should I initially ask? I would be interested in FUE only.

For example:

a) How many hairs do you think would require transplanted?
b) Do you use microscopes to select hairs for transplant?
c) Does the doc do all the graft, or is some/all done by technicians?
d) Length of waiting list?
e) Cost?
