What exactly I am suffering with MPB or telogen effluvium or something else? Help..

Hi, I am 17 years old. I am suffering with this from like a month or two. My hairline receded and my hair seems to be little thin. I am having dandruff and itchy scalp from past one week.
I had a weight loss of 25 kg fron may 2019 to December 2019. After starting weight loss journey after 3 or 4 months I went to around 1500 or 1600 calories and sometimes ate around 1000 calories due to University. I made sure that i consumed 80g or above protein but didn't focused much on vitamins and minerals. I am taking whey protein as well.
The hair loss I face is around 100 hairs or so. I had a bad habit of combining again and again, but now I don't do that. And I had a spot on right side of front part since I was 13 but wasn't noticeable that much but recently it became more noticeable and a small spot on left from same time as well. That's why since then I have to make such hairstyle to cover it.
The two spots became more prominent now but apart from them no less hair anywhere on whole head,it's just the front part.
I used to shampoo daily, and used excess comb while my hair was wet and even used to rub towel. This all habits I had were bad but from a week I left them and now i am oiling and taking good care.

And yeah none is my entire family is bald,whether it be my mom's family or dad's family. My grandfather is of 73 and just lost some hair after 60 which is pretty normal in India.

My hairs are curly from very beginning, so its not that it became now but it's from birth.

I am asking about pic one and have a look at other pics aswell. For first pic I have scattered my hair usually it doesn't look like that..

Please help and suggest what exactly I am facing with. And is it telogen effluvium or MPB. Please help..
