21 yr old male - Unusual On and Off hair thinning

Hi I’m a 21 year old male that noticed my hair goes through phases of thinning. In the photo attached it shows 3 stages of my hair about a year apart. I’m not noticing any hair falling out in the shower or on my pillow like others have mentioned, just periodically seeing thinner looking hair. At the moment my crown area and the sides of my hair are looking the thinnest on my scalp. I suspect a nutritional deficiency, Telogen effluvium, stress or poor diet choices possibly being the cause. Could these be possible reasons for my thinning hair? Hair loss doesn’t really run in my family. My father has all of his his hair, all of my uncles on his side have their hair, my mothers brother has his hair, but, my grandfather did have some degree of hair thinning/ loss but it came much later in his life and definitely not at 20-21 like me.

I am taking a biotin supplement (5,000 mcg), a multi vitamin, and am using a Biotin/Collagen conditioner.
