Isn't shed while on hair loss treatment normal, too?

I'm an almost 27 year old male from NC. I have pretty dense hair, but had noticed my hairline moving a bit further back than just a maturing amount. Being proactive, I have been on LLLT and minoxidil 5% for 14 months, as well as Finasteride 1mg for 5 months. For quit a while (even before seeking treatment), I have noticed moderate hair shed during showers, hair brushing and styling. The number I can easily find from these activities I would say amounts to between 100 and 150 hairs each day. That same amount has continued even during my treatment, though my hairline is starting to look fuller.

SO all the information one can find about shedding while on these treatments are solely about treatment initiated sheds, I want to know what a normal shed should be like while on treatment - since normal hair sheds are considered to be between 50-200 a day, can one assume that if they fall in this range while on treatment, the treatment is doing as it should. Too many posts about "shedding should stop after 6 months completely" are confusing, I mean hairs HAVE to fall out, right?
