You do appear to have some early recession to your hairline and your crown.
You can counteract this at this very early stage through the use of meds, namely Finasteride 1mg, Minoxidil 5% and Nizoral shampoo use (2-3 times a week)
You will need to understand the risks associated with Finasteride use (albeit rare) and you will need a prescription from your GP.
I would say at this moment in time you are not needy of a hair transplant.
