Am I balding?

Just shaved my head and realized this on the back of my head.. my hairline isn’t receding either. Anybody who has dealt with a similar pattern? I’m 20 years old, no balding in my family at all.. moms dad still has a full head of hair.. can’t check out a dermatologist now due to pandemic so I’m sort of stuck. Should I start on medication? I put in other photos with different lighting
