Best topical for fighting hair loss in 2020?

I just had a hair transplant (+PRP/Acell) treatment done exactly 3 weeks ago, and put on shampoo except I did not get the recommended topical and vitamins that I was supposed to buy from the clinic. Here's what they wanted me to get:

Also, they gave me free this shampoo and instructed me to use it daily, except that I only take showers every 2nd day...

Both the shampoo and topical is Procapil based. Should I start on Minox, or is there better ones out there? I keep seeing ads on FB/IG for the Spectral DNC-N, is that good? Or should I look for a Procapil based one online somewhere? The Esteworld hospital where I'd order it from is closed until end of April due to corona, so I have to source it somewhere else if I decide on that.

Or what's the best alternative to fight hair loss? But honestly, I used to take Minox a decade ago and I think it only slowed down my hair loss and a really made peach fuzz instead of growing real hairs, besides staining my pillows. It might fare differently on my transplanted hairs if I started it again....

Congratulations on the transplant. buddy! I hope everything went good. I don't know much about the meds you have mentioned but minox has a lot of side-effects. you mentioned using it earlier and it seems it helped a little. However, a decade has passed since then and the med might have an entirely different affect on you now. Below I've listed the major side-effects:

1. Severe scalp irritation
2. Unwanted growth of facial hair
3. Chest pain, fast heartbeats
4. Swelling in your hands or feet, rapid weight gain
5. Light-headed feeling, like you might pass out
6. Headache, dizziness, confusion
7. Flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling)

Over half of the people who take the medication do not experience any hair regrowth. But they still have to deal with the side effects of the medication.

P.S: did your doc told you to get minox?

My doc told me to get on their Procapil spray, which is an alternative to Minox. Obviously not going that route since their hospital's closed and can't order it thru them anyway, and can't find Procapil for sale in Canada.

I've heard minox can actually delay the regrowth of the shed shockloss'd hair after a ht, so I'd be getting on it later if at all. What other options are there?

I am taking fin also, 1mg a day
