Is this the way it shows the pills are working?

Hello all. I’m sorry if here isn’t the right place to post this comment but here it goes. My hair was completely thinning and my front line was receding a lot. Here in my country I can ask for a formulation directly at the farmacy so I have done a little bit of research and started taking the pills. My hair started to fall like crazy but I insisted. It got worse and worse. I noticed very thin hair growing in my temples that’s why I insisted. Today I saw one only thicker darker hair growing in the same place the first thin hair appeared. Is this a good sign? How can I post a picture to someone give me any opinion? Thank you all.
