Hi, sorry to bother anyone. I’m just trying to see if I’m balding or not. I’m currently on finerastride. I tried minoxidil for one day but then read about some of the sides and decided to just stick with finerastride and anti-dnt shampoo.

I don’t know your age, but I can’t see from the photos that you are really straight up balding. Looks to me like a normal mature hairline.

There appears to be some miniaturisation around the hairline and temples.

However, your hair appears to be wet and slicked back. Anyone’s hair wet and slicked back appears weaker than it actually is because the weight of the water makes the hair look thinner and disperses the cohesiveness of how your hair sits naturally.

If you’re particularly concerned, try and get an in person consultation with a hair loss specialist (trichologist).

I’ll say this though - a lot of guys would be very happy with your hair and you may look back in a few years wondering why you were so concerned with these pictures! If you are losing your hair, you’re at the very beginning.
