Hi,

You have a receding hairline where it has particularly receded in the temple areas. You also appear have some diffuse thinning with your remaining hair which you can counter through the use of meds (Finasteride/Minoxidil) to help it recover and to help you retain what you have for longer.

You appear to have a decent enough donor area (clearer pics will determine) and therefore you appear to be a candidate for hair restoration surgery.

Not quite at Norwood 4, I don't think (although it's hard to tell without seeing the crown) but definitely approaching it. Definitely far beyond a mature hairline. If I were you, I'd get on finasteride ASAP. Maintain it for a year or so, and you'd be a great candidate for a hair transplant. If not, maintaining what you have would work fine. Your hair isn't bad by any means!
